Agriculture

Food program with the development of the agricultural projects in providing food
security in needy areas in Africa; There is a widespread and long-standing consensus that research-enabled growth in agricultural productivity is pivotal to Africa’s  overall economic growth prospects, especially in the decades ahead when agriculture will continue to constitute a large (albeit likely declining) share of economic activity and source of employment for most countries in the continent.

To address some of the agricultural sector problems, the Zotus Group has partnered with The Lincoln Institute of Agri-Food Technology and the AgriFoRwArdS Centre for Doctoral Training at the University of Lincoln to address challenges in agriculture in Africa, particularly focused on ways in which technology can help women and small scale farmers.
