
Balete Lakeview Groundbreaking Ceremony Marks a Milestone in Sustainable Housing Development
Balete, Batangas – June 2024 – The vibrant town of Balete, nestled along the serene shores of Taal Lake, witnessed a historic moment as the groundbreaking ceremony for the Balete Lakeview Housing Project took place. The Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Program (4PH), the flagship national housing project of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., is set to build 14 mid-rise condominiums with a total of 4,608 housing units in the municipality of Balete.
Officials from The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), PAG-IBIG Fund and the Local Government Unit of Balete, Batangas gathered for the groundbreaking ceremony of Balete Lakeview Residences–the tripartite’s project at Barangay Malabanan, Balete, Batangas.
